He who Keeps you...

I'm moved by these beautiful words. Today and everyday God is the ever present, always eyes wide open guard, protector, comforter, and keeper of His precious children. I can sleep in peace and wake up with hope knowing I am being kept by the one who dearly loves you and me....

"I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel Will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not smite you by day, Nor the moon by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever." (Psalms 121:1-8 NASB)

The spirit of thankfulness in all things changes life dramatically. Even in rough circumstances lately, I found things I can be thankful for things that I might have normally missed. Sometimes we focus on the obstacles and road blocks instead of the little hidden blessings scattered all over. Let's ask the LORD to open our eyes and hearts to the things unseen, so we may be thankful in all things.

 

GIVE THANKS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

 

Ephesians 5:20 - Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Colossians 3:15-17 - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

 

Colossians 4:2 - Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
